Demesne Architects have been working with the Avenue Restaurant on an ongoing basis since 2004 when they achieved the original planning permission to remodel the original historic house and change its use. The Avenue kickstarted Maynooth’s renaissance as Kildare’s Gourmet Capital.
Work involved converting and extending the building, creating one of Kildare’s favourite restaurants. Currently Demesne are working with the owners on extending and refreshing this landmark destination.
